By accessing or using nexusforgedigital.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by NexusForge Digital are digital downloads. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal or business purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share our digital products.
• You may not claim our products as your own creation.
• All intellectual property rights remain with NexusForge Digital.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a digital product has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us at support@nexusforgedigital.net and we will do our best to resolve it.

4. Web Design & SEO Services

For web design and SEO services, separate project agreements will be provided before work begins. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in those agreements.

5. Disclaimer

Our digital products and services are provided "as is." NexusForge Digital makes no warranties regarding results, income, or business outcomes from the use of our products. Individual results will vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexusForge Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
